Building Relationships, Friendships and Goodwill
MESSAGE from the PRESIDENT
Charlotte Newcomers is a non-profit woman's social club dedicated to welcoming you to the state of North Carolina and to the Greater Charlotte area. Our Club was founded in 1957 and, at that time, members joined because they were new to the area. Today anyone can join whether you are new to Charlotte and its surrounding areas or you have lived here a long time. Long time residents who want to meet new people, we welcome you.
As a member of Charlotte Newcomers Club, you can join many of our activities and interest groups. We offer something for everyone. Our many group activities include field outings, monthly luncheons with speakers, fundraiser events and life-long friendships. Many social cards and games are enjoyed by our members. You can check out our many interest groups under Activities. We invite you to attend a monthly Welcome Coffee to meet our Board Members and learn about our many Activities or attend a Member Luncheon.
Our goal is to provide an organization where members have an opportunity to make new friendships, find others with common interests and join existing groups or start new ones. We welcome anyone who wants to share their time and talents through serving on our Executive Board.
Please join us. You will find that the Club’s goal is to warmly welcome new members through friendship and support. To request more information, please contact us.
